Supplier Account Creation and Update

Curtin University is partnered with Eftsure to enhance the security and integrity of payments made to suppliers.

Eftsure provide services to assist in the collection, maintenance, and verification of supplier payment details. Eftsure independently verify supplier payment details that are provided to Curtin University. Their processes reduce the risk of fraud and help to streamline the collection and updating of supplier details. They work with many large organisations across Australia, including other universities.

Information for new suppliers

As part of the onboarding process, your Curtin University contact will ask you to provide some of your basic information (e.g. company name, email address and phone number).

You will then receive an email from Eftsure, from verifications@curtin.edu.au, inviting you to complete an onboarding form. This form will ask you to provide or confirm your key details (e.g. ABN, entity name, address, payment details, contact details). This should only take a few minutes to complete.

After you have completed the onboarding form, an Eftsure representative may contact you to verify the details that have been provided. Once this process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Information for existing suppliers

You may receive an email from verifications@curtin.edu.au, introducing you to Eftsure. This introduction will be followed by a second email, requesting you verify the details Curtin has on record for your supplier account. This communication should contain partially redacted information that you previously provided to Curtin University.

We ask that you follow the prompts to complete this process, which should only require a few minutes of your time.

Updating your details with Curtin University

If your details have changed (e.g. payment details, contacts, location), please get in touch with Supplier Account Maintenance (transactions@curtin.edu.au), as soon as possible.

You will receive an email from verifications@curtin.edu.au, with a link to update your details in the Eftsure portal. After providing your updated details, you may receive a phone call from Eftsure within 24-48 hours to verify their accuracy. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
