Mas is an experienced organisational development, strategic communications and change professional. Her management career spans over 20 years, working in mining, construction, hospitality, transport and utilities sectors.
She is experienced in human resource strategy, cultural transformation, business process improvement, systems implementation, workforce planning, marketing, communications and branding.
She believes an enhanced employee experience is a path where human resource and marketing management meet at the strategy table – “An organisation’s ability to speak to talent in a way that engages both heart and mind is what will set them apart in the war for talent”. She advocates the management of a company’s brand throughout the employee lifecycle, giving the organisation a voice and truly connecting its personality and culture to engage and inspire.
A highly altruistic person, Mas believes in giving back to the community. She serves on the Board of Astley Care, an aged care home care service provider and actively volunteers with Short Back and Sidewalks, coordinating monthly services to provide haircuts for people experiencing homelessness.
She has achieved a Master of Human Resource Management at Deakin University and is a accredited practitioner in Hogan Personality Inventory and DiSC. She is a long-standing member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
