classes and more.

Got an enquiry and need support? Our specialist Advisors are ready to help you resolve enquiries relating to your enrolment, course progression, fees, accommodation, international student requirements and more.
Self Service Desk
Pick up your pre-ordered ID, register your SmartRider and grab your 2025 sticker. We’ll also be stashing any lost property here so come see us if you’ve misplaced something (or if you’ve found something!)
The Precinct is open from Monday 10 February and we would encourage you to come see us as soon as possible to maximise the time you have to get everything lined up before the start of the semester.
Precinct Opening Hours
Weekdays between Monday 10 February – Friday 7 March
• 8.30am – 4.30pm
To make sure we have plenty of time to address all of your enquiries, we encourage you to visit the precinct as early as you can.

Saturday 8 Feb, 15 Feb, 22 Feb, 1 March 2025
• 10am – 2pm
To provide alternative service times for students who work during the week, or would like to visit during a quieter time, come visit us on a Saturday!
