Complaints at Curtin University

Curtin University has zero tolerance for corruption, fraud and takes breaches of the University’s Code of Conduct seriously. The Curtin Code of Conduct, Values and Signature Behaviours clearly outline the standards and expectations of staff and members of the University community. Complaints made at Curtin University by all parties are administered according to the Complaints Procedure. The procedure outlines:

  • General Principles which govern the complaints management process.
  • Who can make a complaint.
  • The triage and investigation process.
  • Parties and expectations.
  • The role of the Integrity and Standards Unit.
