Working as part of the operational team the Programmed Graduate Program will provide Graduates with on-the-job experience through a series of rotational placements and education by way of training and exposure with senior leaders that will maximise their personal and professional development.
Programmed’s Graduate Program is a “hands-on” development model which assists with the identification of individuals with aptitude for a particular business area, whilst also offering Graduates an opportunity to experience all facets of a business operation and provide an insight into a management level role. Graduates are rotated in a division for fixed periods and have a formal development plan that will provide training in all areas of the business including; operations management, estimating, sales, project management, project supervision and administration.
