If you are a health science student intending on taking a serology and immunisation assessment in the Medical Centre on campus, please ensure that you bring:
- Your Student Serology and Immunisation form – this is a requirement for your Health Science Assessment appointments
- Your vaccination records.
Both are mandatory for your assessment.
