Semester 1 results will be released via eStudent in OASIS on Wednesday 3July.

Ensure that you can access your results easily and quickly. There may be actions you can take now to ensure your results are released on time.

Clear any outstanding sanctions

  • If you have an outstanding sanction, you won’t be able to view your results. To ensure you can view your results on release day, we recommend you clear your sanction as soon as you can.
  • To view your sanctions and find out what action you need to take, follow the steps outlined in our FAQ.

Changes to your academic status

  • Your academic status is an indication of how you’re going with your studies. If you have received your results and see that you’re on Conditional or Terminated status, we have a range of advice and resources to help you.

  • If you have been placed on Conditional status following the release of your results, there are support and resources available to help you get back on track with your studies. Find out more on the Conditional Status webpage.

  • If you have been placed on Terminated status, it is important that you take prompt action. Find out your options, what you need to do, and what support is available on the Terminated Status webpage.

  • If you have concerns about your performance in your course, you can learn more about the help available to you on our Support for Students webpage.

View your academic record and transcript

  • Once results are officially released, you can view your Academic eRecord (full result history for your course) via eStudent, by following the steps outlined in our FAQ.
  • To obtain an official transcript which includes your Semester 1 results, you will need to order an Official Academic Transcript following the release of the results. Follow the steps to order an official document.
  • If you are graduating after Semester 1 2024, you will receive one complimentary Academic Transcript after conferral of your award. Check your Official Communication Channel in OASIS regularly to ensure you register for your graduation online by the published deadline.

Understanding your results

If you have received a result and you are not sure what it means, you can find more information about Curtin’s grading system on our results, grades and academic progression page.

For example, you may have received an interim grade of ‘GNS’ (Grade Not Submitted) which indicates that marking was not complete and therefore a final result was not available to your faculty’s Board of Examiners for ratification.

Marking may be incomplete for many reasons so you should check your Official Communication Channel in OASIS for notification or information about the delay. If you have not received an official communication regarding the GNS, you should reach out to your unit coordinator for clarification.

Graduating after semester 1 2024

  • If you’re eligible to graduate following Semester 1 2024, you will receive a graduation invitation via your Official Communication Channel in OASIS.
