Do you know what you want from your future career, but have questions on how to get there? Connecting with a mentor is a great way to find some answers.
Curtin’s Industry Mentoring Program (IMP) partners you with an industry professional who has worked in a field you’re interested in. Together you will identify what you hope to accomplish during the program and then work collaboratively to meet these goals.
You will have five months to ask your mentor questions about their experience, what skills have been most impactful in their journey, and how they got to where they are now. As you build your relationship with your mentor, you will be able to strategically achieve the program goals you’ve set.
IMP is open to Curtin undergraduate students in their second year of studies or beyond who are available for at least one hour a fortnight from May until October to connect with their mentor.
You are the driver of your mentoring journey – your mentor will provide a wealth of guidance and experience for you to tap into.
Applications for IMP are now open!
Applications close on Sunday 21 April 2024 and places are limited, so submit your application soon!
