Whether you’re into high-energy workouts, budget-friendly nutrition tips, or need to unwind with meditation, we’ve got you covered!

- Mondays @ 5:30pm: SPIN60 with Felicia
- Tuesdays @ 10:30am: CurtinFit in the gym
- Wednesdays @ 6pm: ZUMBA with David
- Thursdays @ 10:30am: Boxfit in the gym
- Fridays @ 1pm: Yoga with Syari
Make sure to bring your Student ID and register at reception 10 minutes before the class begins.

Book a FREE August Appraisal with Curtin Stadium instructors as part of the Act, Belong, Commit Active initiative to help you find your individual fit! Curtin instructors will assist in setting personalised goals, recommending fitness classes, and introducing exclusive health and wellness events. Interested in learning more? Please note that CurtinFit and BoxFit have a maximum of 10 participants. SPIN60, ZUMBA and Yoga have a maximum of 15 participants. Class participation will be on a first come first served basis.
