As part of our ongoing improvements to provide you with a seamless digital experience, we recently completed an integration of our student and staff identities into a unified directory and are now removing the old directory. This removal might cause some of you to receive a notification like the one below indicating your license will soon be deactivated:

On Tuesday, 13 August 2024, most features of Word will be disabled. If you’re still associated with your school, your admin needs to assign a license to your account to continue using Word. Otherwise, choose an option below to reactivate.
Rest assured; your licence is not expiring.
To resolve this issue, you simply need to clear the license and cached credentials on your device You can follow the instructions in this guide.
After completing this process, you can sign back into your Microsoft apps using your current student account.
