Curtin University has again been named Western Australia’s top public university for undergraduate employment, according to the latest Good Universities Guide released today.

For the sixth consecutive year, Curtin has outranked all other WA public universities for undergraduate outcomes in full-time employment and staff qualification.

Curtin also has the highest proportion of PhD qualified staff, reflecting the University’s strong focus on delivering a world-class education to its students.

Curtin University Vice-Chancellor Professor Harlene Hayne said the results highlight Curtin’s well-founded reputation for aligning education with industry needs.

“These achievements reflect our commitment to providing students with the skills and experience they need to confidently step into the workforce from day one,” Professor Hayne said.

“It’s also gratifying to see Curtin recognised for our highly qualified academic staff, who play a pivotal role in delivering a top-tier education and shaping the future careers of our graduates.”

The Good Universities Guide 2025 also revealed outstanding results for Curtin’s postgraduate coursework students, with 86 per cent (up from 81 per cent) in full-time employment following graduation.
