To streamline our IT support model, Digital & Technology Solutions will be closing the IT support counter located in Building 200B, effective 24th February 2020.
How does this affect you?
Support remains available at alternate helpdesks, conveniently located within the Abacus Labs in Building 303, 408, 501 (ground floor), and our support desk in B105 (level 2). These are open from 9am to 5pm (B105 open until 9pm) Monday to Friday. Our friendly helpdesk staff are available to assist you with all your IT support enquiries.
All AV loan equipment can still be collected and returned from Abacus 303, and all device drop off/collections must be made via appointment with our IT Support, Level 2 team when required.
