Curtin University of Technology has been largely unaffected by last night’s storm and at present it appears that all classes and other activities will occur as scheduled today.
Curtin Vice-President, Corporate Services, Geoff Searle said that damage appeared to be largely limited to minor levels of water damage and fallen branches.
“Despite news reports, yesterday’s storm has only caused minor damage at Curtin,” he said.
“It should be business as usual for staff and students.”
More information will be provided as it becomes available.
