Curtin University is a proud partner of Act Belong Commit (ABC) to support student mental wellbeing. For good mental health, Mentally Healthy WA recommends we: Act – do something! Belong – do something with someone. Commit – do something meaningful.
Find out how you can embrace the ABC message through the Stadium’s Play, Train, Compete programs below.
Train: Act with our free fitness classes for Curtin students
Keep active with our free fitness classes. Whether you prefer high-energy cardio or relaxing yoga, our Free Fit timetable has options for you. Join until 14 June and foster belonging in a supportive fitness community.
Play: Belong with Free Play sessions at the Curtin Stadium
Unwind with friends, and engage with other students in our Free Play sessions. Enjoy complimentary court hire for basketball, futsal, badminton, beach volleyball, table tennis, and tennis. Use our free equipment and register at reception before playing. Visit our website to find out more about Free Play.
Compete: Commit to representing Curtin in inter-university competitions
Immerse yourself in Curtin’s sports culture by joining inter-university competitions like Uni Nationals, Indigenous Nationals, or Western Series. This is a great way to challenge yourself, set goals, showcase your talents, form lasting friendships, and be part of our thriving sports community.
