The City’s Youth Services provides a range of support programs, activities, events and opportunities for young people to connect, create, chill and upskill.
For students aged up to 25, you can get involved with a range of flexible programs at the City of Canning’s Willetton Youth Centre on Thursday evenings from 4.30pm to 7pm. Activities range from upskilling, creative and sustainability workshops, plus more.
The City’s Hillview Intercultural Community Centre celebrates its diverse community members and is a space for people of all backgrounds to connect, share ideas, learn new skills and find opportunities for growth, development and learning. From languages classes to social groups, business forums and mentoring, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved.
Future leaders under 25 can also look forward to the City’s emerging Youth Engagement Framework, which focuses on facilitating opportunities for civic engagement and youth leadership through events and forums.
