Curtin and other Western Australian universities have been in discussions with the State Government about developing a plan to allow our students to enter Western Australia. The first step of the plan has been published which allows students who have spent at least 2 weeks interstate to enter Western Australia subject to certain additional requirements. The Government has indicated they will release further details soon. We hope that the plan will progressively enable more enrolled students to arrive in Western Australia.
We understand that you are keen to make travel arrangements and encourage you to keep checking the WA Safe Transition Plan website and stay in touch with Curtin for any further information. Information will be published to Curtin Connect as soon as we receive it.
These are exciting developments, and we will of course keep you updated as soon as we hear more. If you have any questions, please contact Curtin Connect.
Kind regards,
Seth Kunin
