Counselling services
Access counselling services in a safe, professional and confidential environment. Our counsellors are experienced in a wide range of issues and can assist you in developing coping strategies, managing stress, enhancing self-esteem and more.
Group programs and workshops
The Lunchtime Life skills webinars run throughout the semester in a convenient, virtual format and help you to manage some common challenges in university life. There are a range of topics to explore and other formats available to participate in.
