Enjoy five FREE group fitness classes each week with FreeFit, exclusively for Curtin students!

More than just a weekly free class, FreeFit is all about holistic wellness and empowering students to find their perfect fit in a fun and friendly environment.

Whether you’re into high-energy workouts, budget-friendly nutrition tips, or need to unwind with meditation, we’ve got you covered!

View the timetable below to see what’s on each day:

  • Mondays @ 5:30pm: SPIN60 with Felicia
  • Tuesdays @ 10:30am: CurtinFit in the gym
  • Wednesdays @ 6pm: ZUMBA with David
  • Thursdays @ 10:30am: Boxfit in the gym
  • Fridays @ 1pm: Yoga with Syari

Make sure to bring your Student ID and register at reception 10 minutes before the class begins.

Please note that CurtinFit and BoxFit have a maximum of 10 participants. SPIN60, ZUMBA and Yoga have a maximum of 15 participants. Class participation will be on a first come first served basis.
