The Peer Academic Mentor (PAM) program is Curtin Library’s study support service that caters to all students, whether they be online or internal, undergraduates or postgraduates, academically proficient or just starting out; we are truly a service for all.
You’ll receive a free 20-minute session where you can gain support in areas such as navigating OASIS and Blackboard, time management skills, essay writing and referencing, and other academic or software related skills.
Our mentors are students who have achieved academic excellence and a demonstrated ability to assist students through providing an inclusive, supportive environment. You can book an appointment with a mentor through the study support section on the Curtin website, or simply rock up to a face-to-face or online session where you’ll receive one-on-one support.
So, if you’re thinking about connecting with a mentor, gather your questions and resources, and come along to a session that suits you. We guarantee you will be greeted with a friendly smile!
Visit the Current Students website for bookings and more information.
