Join a focus group or attend an individual interview to share your perspective on how we can support your mental health and learning experiences via mindfulness intervention.

Your contributions will help develop a mindfulness program that will be designed to support the mental health and wellbeing of all students.

Participation in this study is open to all students, no matter how much or little you know about mindfulness! Before participation, we will provide you with information about mindfulness, mindfulness techniques, and common interventions.

Interested? Register now using the online form.

All participants will receive a $30 gift voucher as reimbursement for their time.

We hope to run the focus groups/interviews online via Microsoft Teams at the beginning of Semester 2, 2024.

The study is being conducted by a clinical psychology student at Curtin University, who will also run the focus groups/interviews, under the supervision of two Senior Clinical Psychologists (Health Sciences), as well as staff from the Science and Engineering Faculties.

Curtin University Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) has approved this study (HREC number HRE2024-0353).
