Leah reflects that looking back on your university experience, you aren’t thinking back to times you’ve failed classes, or attended the software workshop that went for three days, you remember sitting in your living room having a movie night where you stayed up for 12 hours. Leah has come to realise that people have the power to make their university experience truly great, where building a community and getting involved are really big contributors.

Learning to take proper rest days and finding a balance between work and personal time is crucial for well-being.
