This year’s NAIDOC theme For Our Elders, celebrates the continuing impact and role of Indigenous Elders that have guided generations in preserving cultural knowledge, nurturing and advocating for communities and families.
Each year NAIDOC Week is held in the first week of July, to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. From 2 to 9 July this year, learn about First Nations cultures and histories and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on Earth.
At Curtin, visit a range of events this NAIDOC Week to learn more about the role you can play towards reconciliation.
