On Thursday 12 September, the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) Student Engagement team hosted an R U OK? Day event in the Sculpture Garden.
More than 100 Business and Law students attended the event dedicated to encouraging meaningful connections and conversations.
Students engaged in mindfulness activities, enjoyed tasty treats, and got creative with Lego, paint-by-numbers, painting gnomes, friendship bracelets, and mindful colouring.
The perfect weather added to the relaxing atmosphere as students took a much-needed break from their busy schedules.
The FBL R U OK? Day event was a gentle reminder that checking in on one another is something we can all do – no special expertise required, just a listening ear.
A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this day meaningful.
