We are aware of fraudulent emails circulating that appear to have been sent by Curtin, with subject lines such as ‘Final Reminder: Tuition/School Fees Outstanding Payment’ or ‘Your Tuition is Past Due Invoice INV-0008.’

These emails are scams and contain malicious links. Please do not engage with them and delete them if received.

The Curtin Cyber Security team is currently investigating and working to remove the emails from Curtin systems but we wanted to remind you to stay vigilant online. If something seems suspicious, it probably is.

Remember: Curtin University will never provide bank details (e.g. BSB or account number) to students to make payments towards any Curtin-related fees.

Always refer to the payment options on your eInvoice for a safe and reliable method of payment.

Access your fee information securely

You can check the balance of your fees at any time by generating an eInvoice, following the steps below:

  1. Log into your OASIS and select the My Studies tab
  2. Select on eStudent
  3. Select on My Finances
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen
  5. Select the ‘Email my eInvoice’ button.

Your eInvoice will then be automatically emailed to your student email account.
