1. Explore Wond-O-Land
Open every day this week from 10.00am – 2.00pm, Wond-O-Land is an activation hub packed with creative, chill and interactive activities that are perfect for kicking off O-Week. Located in Upper Henderson Court, you can:
- Enjoy live performances by an acoustic musician and enjoy a relaxed and friendly vibe
- Make the most of our Grill’d giveaways—because free food always hits the spot!
- Get crafty and design your own pot plant, friendship bracelet or even a decorated water bottle. These are not just fun activities but also great conversation starters with other crafty students!
- Cool off with snow cones or hydrate at the watermelon bar
Wond-O-Land is the perfect spot on campus to mingle, create and unwind in the middle of all the O-Week action.

2. Attend Curtin Guild O-Day
O-Day is a major highlight of O-Week, offering a glimpse into everything the Curtin Guild has to offer. From student clubs and societies to food stalls and entertainment, there’s something for everyone. Make sure you:
- Visit booths for clubs and sports teams you might want to join
- Take part in giveaways and snag as many freebies as you can
- Stick around for live music and activities
- Come and say hi to the Curtin Life team at our interactive Explore Curtin Life stall and score some free Curtin Life merch

3. Celebrate O-Week at Curtin Carnival
End O-Week on a high note at Curtin Carnival! Located at Curtin Stadium, Edinburgh Oval and the Main Arena, this awesome event is sure to guarantee an afternoon of fun, fitness and freebies. Some of the fun things you can do:
- Get moving with free group fitness classes or beach volleyball
- Stay cool with a dunk machine, inside air-conditioned areas, water stations and Explore Curtin’s chill out zone with lots of shade.
- Try novelty sports games, like mini golf, and explore opportunities to join Curtin’s sports clubs
- Participate in fun activities to win food vouchers and other prizes
- Choose from a delectable range of options from attending food vans!
From 1.00 PM to 4.30 PM on 21 February, it’s your chance to soak in the vibrant campus energy before the semester officially begins.
