Wark Avenue closed for B316 Sciences construction

From 6 July until the end of 2026/beginning of 2027, Wark Avenue will be closed for the construction of B316 Sciences.

Pedestrian access will be maintained to B301, B309, B312 and B314. Please follow the directions of onsite signage to assist with navigating the closure (blue lines). See map below for details.

Vehicle access

General vehicle access will not be permitted.

Deliveries can use these alternative routes:

  • A new route (orange line) will be open by 1 July 2024, with entry/exit points near B203. See map below for details.
  • A controlled slip lane* (pink line) will be established in early 2025 with entry/exit points near B304 – 311, travelling through part of the construction site. See map below for details.

*The slip lane will be controlled by the builder via online booking. Delivery times will need to be coordinated around construction stages and site entry/exit points and boundaries are subject to change. More information on bookings will be provided ASAP.

Please be aware, traffic management may be required in some areas as the project progresses.
