Staying logged in to your student email account is now easier!

You now don’t have to login multiple times when accessing your Curtin student email address through OASIS.

These recent updates mean that you will no longer be able to use native mail apps on your computer or phone to access your Curtin student email.

It’s easy to access your student email using one of the options below.

• Access your student email in OASIS on desktop, Android or iOS where you will be automatically signed in through the “Open your OASIS email” link.
• If you have the latest iOS software operating on your iPhone, sign in to your student email through the ‘Mail’ app.
• Download and use the Microsoft Outlook mail client on desktop,  Android or iOS, which is free for all current students and can be used on up-to five devices.

Instructions on how to download Microsoft Outlook mail client:

1. Login to office.com using your student email account and OASIS password
2. Click ‘Install Office’ apps
3. Download and run the install file.

Alternatively, you can navigate to the Microsoft Office homepage by following these steps:

1. logging into OASIS 
2. Navigate to your student email inbox
3. Click on ‘Office 365’ tile at the top left of the screen (see below)
4. Login to office.com using your student email account and OASIS password
5. Click ‘Install Office’ apps
6. Download and run the install file.
