Curtin Fashion and Textile Design students recently unveiled their creations to a select crowd of West Australian fashionistas at this year’s STYLEAID fashion show – White on White.
Held annually, STYLEAID is an annual fundraiser gala event that raises funds and awarness for the WA Aids Council. Now in its 12 year, it presents the best in WA fashion as well as highlighting the next generation of up and coming artists.
Jannifer Nebel, Daniella Caputy, Ellie Meyer, Kiara Thomson, Sally Wilson, Candace Tranchita , Erin Larkin and Libby West comprised four of the eleven entries participating in this year’s event. Part of their brief was to design a one-off piece in line with the theme, White on White.
The design was left open for interpretation, allowing the students to experiment with their creations.
