Enjoy over 40 group fitness classes each week, suitable for any fitness level. Get your cardio hit with a high-energy Les Mills class, or wind down your day with a relaxing body balance session.

Curtin Gym Learn to Lift Classes

Learn how to lift workshops

Join us in the gym every Thursday in September from 6pm for our instructor-led workshops where you will learn all the skills needed to complete a lift. This month’s focus is the hip-thrust.

Free for all-access members and gym members. $15 for casual sessions. Payments can be made at Stadium reception.

Due to works occurring around the Stadium from Saturday 30 November till Tuesday 3 December, air-conditioning cooling will be unavailable. This means that higher-intensity classes will be cancelled, and the group fitness timetable will run at a limited capacity during this time.

How to get the most out of group fitness

  • Grab a ticket from reception to reserve your place in group fitness classes. The class is considered full once all tickets have been allocated
  • Let your instructor know if it is your first time participating in the class.
  • If you have an injury, illness or medical condition let us know. The class instructor can give you alternate movement options if you make them aware prior to the start of the class.
