Enjoy over 40 group fitness classes each week, suitable for any fitness level. Get your cardio hit with a high-energy Les Mills class, or wind down your day with a relaxing body balance session.

 Maintenance Works Impacting Group Fitness Room & Studio

We would like to inform you of the upcoming maintenance works at Curtin Stadium and their impacts on various areas. Due to the refurbishment of the Group Fitness Room and Studio, these spaces will be unavailable from Monday 17 June to Friday 5 July inclusive.

This will mean that LesMills BodyPump, Zumba, Ladies Circuit, LesMills BodyAttack and LesMills Core will be temporarily unavailable.

 For alternative classes during the break, try:

  • CurtinFit HIIT45 for strength and conditioning, coordination or HIIT Cardio
  • Sprint or Spin for cardio improvement and muscular endurance.
  • CurtinActive for muscular endurance or balance.
  • Body Balance, Yoga and Pilates for core, balance, and stability.

How to get the most out of group fitness

  • Grab a ticket from reception to reserve your place in group fitness classes. The class is considered full once all tickets have been allocated
  • Let your instructor know if it is your first time participating in the class.
  • If you have an injury, illness or medical condition let us know. The class instructor can give you alternate movement options if you make them aware prior to the start of the class.
