Learn how to deadlift

Do you want to improve you lifting technique and form? Join us in the gym every Thursday in August from 6pm for our instructor-led workshops where you will learn all the skills needed to complete a deadlift.

Free for all-access members and gym members. $15 for casual sessions. Payments can be made at Stadium reception.

How to get the most out of group fitness

  • Grab a ticket from reception to reserve your place in group fitness classes. The class is considered full once all tickets have been allocated
  • Let your instructor know if it is your first time participating in the class.
  • If you have an injury, illness or medical condition let us know. The class instructor can give you alternate movement options if you make them aware prior to the start of the class.
