Free fit is more than just a weekly free group fitness class. We’re all about holistic wellness and empowering students to find their perfect fit in a fun and friendly environment. Whether you’re into high-energy workouts, budget-friendly nutrition tips, or need to unwind with meditation, we’ve got you covered!

How to get involved
- Sign in daily at reception. First come first served basis.
- Classes run from Monday 15 July till Friday 8 November
- Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to the class start time in order to sign in.
- Bring your student ID.

Attend as many FreeFit classes as you can for a chance to win a $200 Rebel Sports voucher! How to Enter:
- Collect Your Competition Card: Pick up a card from Stadium reception.
- Attend FreeFit Classes: Check the FreeFit timetable and join as many classes as possible.
- Earn Entries: Create connections of 4 (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) on your competition card. Each connection of 4 counts as one entry. The more connections you make, the more chances you have to win!
- Get Your Card Stamped: Show your competition card to your FreeFit instructor after each class to get it stamped.
