If your team contacts us by midnight before your game, a forfeit fee will apply equivalent to your weekly game fee.
If your team forfeits on game day, does not show up for a game, or is more than 10 minutes late to start, a penalty fee will apply which is equivalent to two weekly game fees. All fees must be paid at reception prior to your next game.
If the opposing team has forfeited, a scratch match will be organised where possible. The weekly fee still applies for scratch matches and no refunds will be given.
