Application process & important information
- A separate application and separate supporting documentation must be submitted for each individual study period;
- You will be notified of the outcome within 28 days of submitting a completed application;
- All correspondence will be sent to the email address provided in your application;
- You will remain liable for the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF);
- If your application is approved and you have paid upfront:
- the refunded tuition fees will remain in your student account or
- if you have elected to receive a refund it will be issued within 10-20 working days from the date of approval.
- all payments will be refunded in the same method in which the payment was received (ie. credit card, Flywire, PayPal).
- If your application is approved and you have deferred your fees:
- your HECS-HELP debt will be remitted and the ATO advised to adjust your debt;
- your FEE-HELP debt will be re-credited and the ATO advised to adjust your debt.
Consumer protection
The arrangements outlined above do not remove the right of the student to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
