Late payment of tuition fees
If you are unable to make full payment by the due date
If you are an international student and experiencing short term financial difficulties and unable to pay in full by the due date you may be eligible to apply for a payment instalment plan before the due date on your invoice. For eligibility criteria please view the Application for Payment Instalment Plan.
Should you have compassionate and compelling circumstances causing ongoing or long term financial hardship, it may be appropriate to seek advice from support services to explore other avenues such as, but not limited to a reduced study load or a temporary leave of absence.
If your fees have not been paid in full by the due date and you have not applied or not eligible for a payment instalment plan, you will receive an Official Communication via OASIS notifying you of the University’s intention to cancel your enrolment. You will have an opportunity to appeal against the cancellation of your enrolment, all cases will be assessed individually.
20 working day appeal period
You will have 20 working days from the date you receive the Official Communication to either make full payment of your tuition fees or submit an appeal.
You will continue to receive outstanding fee reminders during this time.
Partial payments
If you are able to make any partial payments towards your tuition fees, you are encouraged to do so. However, if your enrolment is cancelled due to non-payment of tuition fees you may not be eligible for a refund.
