Refund: Step one

To apply for a refund, you must have credit in your student account. You can check this on the My Finances tab in eStudent.

Do not provide any bank details during your application. If your application is approved, you will be contacted by email and instructed how to proceed.

International students must refer to the International Refund Terms and Conditions [.pdf 240KB] before completing the refund application as penalties may apply.
