As part of Curtin’s ongoing commitment to strengthening cyber security and protecting our systems, data and personal information, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is being applied across some essential student applications.
What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an extra layer of security that helps protect your account by requiring two forms of verification when logging in. This typically includes something you know (your password) and something you have (such as a mobile device for authentication). MFA is widely used in many services like banking, email, and social media accounts.
