Plan Your Timetable allows you to view class timetabling options for individual units and plan a potential timetable for different combinations of units for any study period for which you can register. Plan your timetable will not register you into classes – you’ll need to do that in eStudent, via OASIS.
You can access the tool from the My Studies tab in OASIS.
You can access Plan Your Timetable via your browser. Accessing the tool this way will start your planning from the default state.
If you wish to see units you are enrolled in pre-populated as part of your selected units, you can access the tool via the My Studies tab in OASIS.
The semester 1 final timetable will be published around October 31 in the preceding year (you will be sent a specific date by OCC prior to this date).
The semester 2 final timetable will be published around May 31 in the current year (you will be sent a specific date by OCC prior to this date).
Plan Your Timetable currently only allows for units offered at Bentley, Kalgoorlie, and Perth City campuses to be planned.
Plan Your Timetable has been updated to include additional study periods to allow you to plan more efficiently before registering for classes. If your study period isn’t showing, please get in touch with Curtin Connect.
To filter your search by unit code or title, enter a partial or complete unit code or unit title into the search field. The search results will appear in the ‘select your units’ section.
If your enrolled units don’t automatically populate when accessing Plan Your Timetable, it is important you check your enrolment in eStudent. Access eStudent from the My Studies tab in OASIS, then click My Enrolment tab to view current enrolment details. If your enrolment appears to be incorrect please contact Curtin Connect.

Currently enrolled students
If you are currently enrolled, your enrolled units as reflected in eStudent can automatically populate in Plan Your Timetable when you access the tool via OASIS.
Your enrolled units as reflected in eStudent, will automatically populate in the ‘View selected units’ section and will simultaneously appear in the timetable.
Selected units can be removed from the ‘View selected units’ list by clicking on the unit. The unit will be return to the ‘Selected units’ list. You can always re-add this unit back to the selection.
