Misconduct appeal
A student who receives a determination in relation to misconduct may appeal the determination of misconduct, the penalty imposed or both.
Submit a formal appeal in writing
Your appeal must be submitted in writing within 14 days of being notified of a penalty imposed by the Student Discipline Panel. You will be provided with instructions on how to appeal in the correspondence you receive relating to the outcome of your case.

An appeal will be heard by a party or parties not involved in the original decision.
