Get involved in events, activities and projects
Participating in the program provides the opportunity to practise your personal and professional skills at Curtin’s marketing events, activities and projects, and network with your peers.
Events may include speaking to high school students about your Curtin student experience when they visit on campus, or you may assist a Future Student Engagement Team staff member with a presentation at a local high school. You may also participate on Q&A panels and provide campus tours at Curtin events.

Develop your professional and personal skills
As part of the program, you’ll get to experience working as part of a professional team, which will help to build a variety of personal and professional skills, such as communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, organisation and more.

Curtin Extra approved program
The Student Ambassador Program is a Curtin Extra approved Tier 2 program. Curtin Extra provides official recognition for students who have made significant contributions to approved co-curricular programs. Obtaining official recognition of your participation in a Curtin Extra approved program is a valuable tool in demonstrating your skills and experiences to potential employers.
