Campus access and parking
Assistance with access
Our campus maps assist with navigating your way around campus, including wheelchair accessible routes. Students can also utilise the ‘Map’ tile in elsie for iOS and Android.
The Access and Inclusion map [.pdf 2MB] also highlights wheelchair accessible routes, accessible parking, and other access features at Curtin Perth.
If you are concerned about how you will access a Curtin campus please contact AccessAbility Services. We can advise you about accessible routes around Curtin Perth.
ACROD parking
Nominated parking bays are available across the campus for ACROD permit holders. Please refer to the Curtin Perth map for their locations.
ACROD permit holders can park in any disability bay without a Curtin parking permit. For more information about applying for an ACROD permit, visit the ACROD website.
Courtesy bays
A courtesy parking permit is available if you have a short term disability or medical condition that significantly impacts on your mobility and if you are not eligible for an ACROD permit.
The courtesy parking permit allows access to the courtesy bays located around campus.
Bus services
Curtin runs two regular free bus services, one around campus and the other around neighbouring suburbs.
Public transport
The only public transport to Curtin Perth is by bus. Curtin is on the Transperth Circle Line that uses wheelchair accessible buses. For more information, visit the Transperth website.
Taxi stands are conveniently located and indicated on Curtin Perth maps.
Parking in Curtin Kalgoorlie
It’s free for Curtin students to park at the Kalgoorlie Campus, and nominated parking bays are available for ACROD permit holders.
