To request your airport pickup service, you must have accepted your Curtin offer, received your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), booked your flight to Perth and have a valid student visa.
To apply for the airport pickup service, please email bookings@greatwesterncoachtours.com.au at least 72 hours before you arrive*, attaching your Confirmation of Enrolment, flight details, student visa and drop-off location/ accommodation details to your email.
To prevent delays with the airport pickup arrangements, please ensure:
- All correct documents, as well as the flight details and the destination address are provided.
- Emails are kept short with only the required information.
- If your arrival dates/times have changed, this must be communicated with the driver and/or Great Western Coach Tours, using “Pickup Change” in the subject line.
Pickup is available at both International and Domestic terminals and the drop-off location is within a 20km radius from Perth Airport.
*Any booking with a shorter lead-in time (less than 72 hours) will need to add “Last Minute Booking” to the email subject line. These requests will be subject to availability. Response time is impacted by the Perth time zone (+8 hours GMT) and Great Western Coach Tours office hours 0800 – 2200.
