To request your airport pickup service, you must have accepted your Curtin offer, received your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), booked your flight to Perth and have a valid student visa.
To apply for the airport pickup service, please submit your details in this online form, attaching your Confirmation of Enrolment, flight details, volume of luggage and drop-off location/ accommodation details.
Please provide the correct documents and information requested one day (24 hours) prior to your arrival date at the latest.
To prevent delays with the airport pickup arrangements, please ensure:
- All correct documents, as well as the flight details and the destination address are provided.
- If your arrival dates/times have changed, this must be communicated with the driver via WhatsApp at +61 458655640 or email Curtin@elegantcharters.com.au.
Pickup is available at both International and Domestic terminals and the drop-off location is within a 20km radius from Perth Airport. Any distance further will be charged at $5 per kilometer.
