How do I prove my professional registration when applying for Curtin courses?

When applying for Health Sciences courses, you may need to prove your professional registration. If your professional registration is with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), please follow these steps:
- Visit the AHPRA website
- Search for your personal details using the form provided
- Take a screen shot that includes your personal details, registration details, and any conditions on your registration
- Paste the screenshot into a word document or save the image as a JPG, PDF, TIF, or PNG
- Include the documentation in your application form
If your professional registration is not with AHPRA, please provide a copy of your professional registration confirmation in your application.
