I've enrolled via Open Universities Australia (OUA). When will I receive my Curtin ID number?

If it's your first time enrolling in a Curtin unit through Open Universities Australia (OUA), you will receive an email with your Curtin Student ID number and other important information about Curtin's online platforms and services prior to your first study period. If you have not yet received your Curtin ID number, please check the below reasons: 
  • Check the start date of your study period on Curtin's Academic Calendar or OUA's Key dates webpage. If you have enrolled via OUA in advance, your Curtin ID number will not be emailed to you until the month before the study period.
  • Check your enrolment on the OUA Student Hub. If your enrolled units do not appear, please contact OUA directly for assistance. 
  • Check your enrolment date. It may take 2-3 working days for Curtin to receive your enrolment data from OUA and contact you.  
  • Check your junk mail folder. 
If you have not received your Curtin ID number after making these checks, please contact Curtin Connect for assistance.
