Why can't I access the current students enquiry form or customer interface?

If you are seeing this message, it means you were attempting to login to the current students enquiry form, the assessment extension form, virtual appointments or other services on the current students customer portal (please note that this is different to the OASIS student portal).

If you are a student, make sure you have used your student OASIS login. If you continue to encounter this message, please submit your enquiry via the general enquiry form (and select the option I am none of the above, but I have a question). This form does not require a login.
