What is an incidental fee, and how do I pay for it?

An incidental fee is a fee charged by the school for resources (i.e. field trip expenses, material costs) used within a unit. Incidental fees are separate to, and do not include the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF)

You can find the total amount charged for the study period on your Official Communications Channel (OCC) on OASIS, as well as on the incidental fee listYou need to pay the incidental fees prior to the end of the study period to avoid sanctions.

Follow the instructions below to pay for your incidental fees:

1. Go to Curtin ePay

2. Click on 'Students', then select 'Incidentals'. Find the option that is relevant to your course.

3. Provide details as required in the form. Please ensure that the information is formatted correctly.

4. Click 'Add to Cart' button, then click 'Process Payment'.

5. Select your preferred payment method. You may be prompted to login with your student email afterwards.

6. Click 'Continue' to continue with the payment process.

7. Refer to the incidental fee OC for further instructions (i.e. you may need to send receipts to the school for proof of payment).
