I am having trouble logging into SONIA, what should I do?

If you are experiencing an issue logging into SONIA, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you are using your Curtin student ID number and OASIS password
- Double check your details are correct by making sure you can log into OASIS
- Try using a different browser to login (e.g. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge etc.)
- Try logging in using a private browser or 'incognito' window
