Overview

Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Business Fundamentals equips graduates with fundamental business skills and knowledge that transcend discipline boundaries.

You will acquire knowledge in data management and security, business analytics, business project management and transformative technologies that impact on business and society.

To further your knowledge of a specific area, you will have the flexibility to select one optional discipline unit in human resources, information systems, marketing or finance.

Throughout the course, you will enhance your skills in critical thinking and creativity, and build your awareness of new business ideas and the application of business concepts as you collaborate with peers from a variety of discipline perspectives.

The graduate certificate can be completed as a standalone qualification or provide a pathway to the Master of Human Resources, Master of Finance, Master of Marketing or Master of Information Systems and Technology.

Admission criteria

What you need in order to get into this course. There are different pathway options depending on your level of work and education experience.

Applicants require a bachelor degree in any discipline, or at least 5 years relevant work experience. Applicants must also meet Curtin’s English language proficiency requirements.
