This course develops originality and independence of thought and trains students in research. It aims to broaden your knowledge and expose you to the latest developments in exercise and sports related research.
Research projects are developed in conjunction with a supervisor, and cover a large array of potential fields, including (but not limited to):
- exercise physiology
- biomechanics
- motor control
- sports psychology
- rehabilitation
- physical activity levels
- sports performance.

How this course will make you industry ready
Graduates from honours have a more fully developed and more complex set of research skills that make them more attractive to employers. Graduates with first or upper-second-class honours are also eligible for direct entry into PhD programs.
