Information management is a business function that’s critical to the operation of every modern organisation. It involves the careful management of people, processes and technology to ensure that information is handled effectively and lawfully. 

In this specialisation, you’ll learn how to investigate and understand an area of an organisation that’s in need of improvement. You’ll be able to identify where information systems and technology can aid the organisation, and you’ll have the skills to recommend, create, introduce and manage new systems to bring about improvements.

The knowledge and skills you develop will boost your employability through developing your ICT-related problem-solving skills and in-depth understanding of what actually works to solve problems in real organisational contexts.
